A venue map will be provided in the programme and will also be on display outside the Secretary’s tent.

Complimentary buggy transport around the venue may be available, but cannot be guaranteed.

What to wear

Dress is casual but it is advisable to bring footwear and outerwear suitable for the prevailing weather conditions.  Being situated on the Marlborough Downs, the ground is quite uneven in places, so sensible footwear is a must.

Dogs are welcome at the horse trials and the Show but must be kept on a lead at all times.

We regret that dogs are NOT permitted in the Barbury Club Restaurant. Please ensure that you DO NOT leave dogs in cars in hot weather.

See our accommodation page for further information.

The Organisers regret, that no refunds can be made on any tickets/passes purchased in advance either on-line or via the box office. We regret we must reserve the right to alter or vary the content of the Event due to circumstances beyond our control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
